Sub: Issue of Provisional Certificate by School of Nursing and Internship Certificate by Hospitals where Candidates have undergone internship training – reg.

Nursing students who have passed 3 years Diploma Nursing Examination conducted by the Karnataka State Nursing Examination Board and six months internship shall be directed to register in the Karnataka State Nursing Council. They should produce the following documents at the time of registration.

Provisional Certificate – Proforma enclosed.
Six Months internship Certificate issued by hospitals.
